Hi everyone! I hope you're all well. Not much to update at the moment, but there is hopefully going to be an upheaval of this website but just to let you know I am alive and well.
A few things have changed though, I'm no longer with my husband, after exploring my gender and sexual identities and found my true self. I've also asked people to call me Fio - which would be great for those of you reading this to do so. My legal name has not changed yet, but I do plan to near the end of the year - hence why a whole rebrand would be needed. With that all said I have recently moved to London, and have started going through the process of 'Top Surgery' to make myself more androgynous so there may be some slow developments on that as time moves onwards. As for the writing, after a much needed mental health break, things are progressing - but with things I can't talk about just yet! Lastly - as some of you may be aware, I've started dating the wonderful writer and artist Georgia Cook and we went to Paris together just before the beginning of Spring so I thought I'd share two of my favourite photos! I hope you are all doing very well and see you at a con or event sometime soon :)

Hello everyone! Soph here. Life has been a bit strange and demanding at present. My personal life has taken a bit of an upheaval but I am busier than I've ever been, and my mental health has been making that pretty difficult! Anyway. Creative Updates for you! I am now doing commissions again! You can find out more about that HERE I am also at conventions again! This year has been slowly, tentatively getting my face out there selling my wares, from Gatwick, to Albourne, to the London Olympia for London Film and Comic Con which I attended with the lovely Georgia Cook, who's work you can find here: https://www.georgiacookportfolio.com/ and can be followed on twitter here! Here's some of the photos! An lastly I've got more Big Finish writing on it's way! I'm going to be bringing back Narvin back to everyone's ears again. Here's the cover. Isn't it beautiful? Created by the wonderful Tom Newson who you can find on Twitter here: https://twitter.com/aquatics64 You can find out more about Gallifrey War Room, the new spin off here!
And I think that's really all for now. I'm sure I'll update with more news soon! Thanks for reading! Hello everyone! It's been a very quiet here and I do apologise for that. Mental health slipped and between secret jobs I can't post much but I am alive, and starting to attend events again in the new year!
Meanwhile, I am attending Thoughtbubble 2021 up in Harrogate to meet some lovely creatives and have a good time away so I hope if you're attending too, to see you there! Also, I'm very much enjoying Doctor Who so far this year, here's a set of drawings I did to celebrate! "Amongst the debris and broken brick of East London, The Chappen Road Picture House stood proud and vigilant. That’s why she considered it her fortress." I was thrilled to be asked to contribute to this fanthology to support my dear friend Antoni through their difficult time. Find out here about purchasing here: https://obversebooks.co.uk/product/target-for-antoni/ My story, Sweet or Salted, includes a teenager seeking solace in a picture house and some very timey wimey things occur when she meets the Twelfth Doctor. -- Our friend Antoni Fletcher-Goldspink is a transdimensional beacon of generosity and talent in the Doctor Who fandom. Many of us have had our lives lit up by this hilarious, sexy, cosmic homo. Now, after a devastating medical diagnosis, is their time of greatest need. To help in their move to a more suitable home and to make their life a little bit easier, there’s all kinds of fundraising efforts going on. Some of us decided that we’d like to do something to help in the best way we know, so we’ve put together this amazing and unique fanthology which contains work by many fan favourites, and includes the very first piece of Doctor Who / Iris Wildthyme fiction written by Katy Manning herself. Julie Hesmondhalgh’s fabulously moving Who-themed poem is worth the cover price alone! This wonderful collection will have limited availability and will surely end up being a true collector’s item. List of credits include:
